General Government Services
The City of Sandy Springs has posted a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the General Government Services acquisition. This action is to encourage early exchanges of information, allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, and promote competition. Comments on the draft SOW are encouraged and may be incorporated in the draft RFP. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written comments or questions to Tyra Little, no later than October 22, 2010 at 4:30 PM EDT. When responding, please reference the General Government Services Draft SOW in the subject line of your email.
This preliminary information is being made available for planning purposes only. Release of this draft SOW does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Quotation, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the City to enter into a contract, nor will the City pay for the information submitted in response to this request. All information contained in the draft SOW is preliminary, subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the City. Additional information for performance and quantitative measures will be released in the draft Request for Proposal. Respondents are advised that the City of Sandy Springs is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of comments received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any comments submitted.
