AMENDMENT 3 TO GENERAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES RFP
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OFFERORS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE SERVICES UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS WORK PACKAGE OF THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES RFP.
The City hereby issues Amendment No. 3 to the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, General Government Services Request for Proposal, dated January 20, 2011 (“RFP”), and modifies the terms and conditions of the RFP as stated herein. The Contract Labor Categories (CLC) “Deputy Public Works Director” and “Public Works Director” were inadvertently omitted from the Task Order Pricing Table previously posted with the RFP. If the Offeror did not include the CLCs of “Deputy Public Works Director” and “Public Works Director,” including rates for the base year and four option years, in its original proposal, as reflected in Amendment No.3, it should complete the revised Table IN THE HIGHLIGHTED AREAS ONLY. The revised Task Order Pricing Table must be submitted to the Procurement Officer at tjlcoss@gmail.com no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2011.

1. Complete block 10 of the Cover Page to the RFP, page (i), entitled “Solicitation, Offer and Award”, pursuant to which the Offeror acknowledges receipt of this Amendment No. 2;
2. Submit this Amendment No. 2 along with the Model Contract (without revising the Model Contract) pursuant to the instructions contained in Section L.8.10.1 of the RFP.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OFFERORS
The City intends to issue an amendment to its Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for General Government Services, dated January 20, 2011, to replace the five (5) work package specific contract cover sheets (“Solicitation, Offer and Award”) with a single contract cover sheet (“Solicitation, Offer and Award”) to cover all General Government Services covered by this Solicitation (Communications, Municipal Court, Public Works, Recreation and Parks and Community Development).
Offerors are required to submit the Model Contract in accordance with instructions contained in Section L (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors) containing all required data for the work package or work packages the Offeror proposes to perform.
The City of Sandy Springs is releasing the Final Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Government Services. Potential Offerors are encouraged to submit questions or comments on the Final RFP no later than 5:00 PM, EST on January 28, 2011 to allow for analysis and dissemination of the City’s responses in advance of the Proposal due date. However, the City will accept questions and comments for a period of 21 days from the date of release of the Final RFP, or until 12:00 PM, EST on February 11, 2011. All questions and comments submitted by Offerors and the City’s responses thereto will be posted under “FAQ” the left side of the City’s general procurement website at http://www.sandyspringsgaprocurement.org.
The deadline for Offerors to submit their proposal under the General Government Services RFP is Friday, March 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM, EST. For more information on proposal submission, please see Section L.5.
